The Goal Of A Person In A Healing Crisis

Your awareness is a powerful tool, for you give life to wherever it lands. When we are in a health crisis, what our awareness lands on is significant; for we don?t want to activate mental programs that interfere with healing. It is this simple issue that demands that a person in a health crisis become incredibly conscious. The simple act of healing therefore becomes an incredible opportunity to evolve and by doing so, your healing power is strengthened.

We have the power to either give energy to thoughts and symbols in our mind or direct it to that part of us that heals. I remember a quote from my old spiritual searching days: A spider spins a web for survival and gets caught in that web and dies. Man?s thinking is like that web. We get caught in it and spend our life activating the symbols in our mind, which too many becomes a sort of death.

When a person is in a health crisis, they need to activate the Wisdom of the Body, which controls the natural healing powers we all have, instead of the symbols of their mind. The Life Skills approach develops conscious habits so that awareness naturally transcends our everyday thinking habits and triggers the part of you that heals. The beautiful thing about this path is that healing demands that you be conscious and live in the moment. At this depth you to discover your real potential.

The primary goal of a person in a health crisis is to develop internal focus that connects you to the wisdom of your body. You may need external things, but to heal at your potential you have to have your awareness directly activate the Wisdom of your body, which operates free from the thinking mind. At this depth and with these resources, you participate as a partner with your doctor. The doctor and his training develop outer resources for healing and when your awareness connects to the Wisdom of the Body you participate in the treatments as a partner providing powerful inner resources.

The challenge to heal demands that you evolve your character. To do t! hat you have to value your life more than the symbols in your mind. Being forced to do that is really a gift; so approach healing as though you are going to receive something incredibly special and you probably will. When inner and outer resources work as partners, the healing process is powerful.
